Refund & Return Policy – Hunny Jewellery

At Hunny Jewellery, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products with complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (customize this timeline as per your business).

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and in their original condition.

    • Accompanied by the original receipt/invoice.

    • Returned in the original packaging with all certificates (if applicable).

  • Customized or personalized jewellery (such as engraved pieces) cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • Products may be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, to be paid by the customer).

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund after verification.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Customized or engraved jewellery.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.

  • Used or damaged items not caused by our fault.
