1. Returns

Unused and in their original condition.

Accompanied by the original receipt/invoice.

Returned in the original packaging with all certificates (if applicable).

Customized or personalized jewellery (such as engraved pieces) cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

Products may be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, to be paid by the customer).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

5. Non-Returnable Items
